Then I realized that he has barely any presence in the game and his motivations are only lightly explained. Seriously he had so much fucking potential but barely anything was done with him.
Part of me really hopes that the eventual Sinnoh remakes will rectify this, perhaps give him more backstory and the like, but expecting Game Freak to make anything half decent nowadays is like waiting for birthday cake to fall out of a horse's ass. The best we can hope for is for there to be an Arceus event added in the vein of the Delta episode, but again, it's very unlikely.
For the love of Arceus, I wish for reality to prove me wrong, but I'm not holding my breath.
