This bro is so overlooked, he should have debuted in Gen 6. Six generations go by without a single fully-evolved bug/water type and then this guy is released the same generation as Golisogod, he never stood a chance. Meanwhile Kalos' only bug is Vivillon, he would've gotten much more deserved attention then.
