Yes.
The only good switch-ins are Clefable and Sylveon.
Kyurem can't operate at its full potential because everyone has Clef, but if it gets banned or even Wish/Teleport gets banned and Clef's usage drops, Kyurem is sure to run rampant.

Mag will get Body Press according to the datamine.

ferro also gets body press too. even if mag gets body press itself, it'll do nothing to max def ferro and also get bodied by ferro's own body press + iron barbs + potential rocky helm

Magnezone can use Iron Defense.
It outspeeds Ferrothorn, so it can get one off before Ferro has a chance to Body Press, Ferro can only possibly 4HKO, while Mag gets a guaranteed 2HKO.
Is it better than HP Fire? No, but it's an option.

You can't kill what you need to with Volt Switch. Taking out Corvi/Skarm/Celesteela is far more essential than Ferro.
