She's a friend I met with Pikachu when I went to Fula! She was quite young but really tough, used an Onyx better than any Rockclimber too! Professor Oak called her a fine piece of jailbait, but I dunno what that means. She was constantly getting captured by older bullies, criminals and wild Pokémon, and since she wore a short dress with garter belt despite being like 8 years old, I often felt like we were in some creepy never-ending porno. It was surreal!
