Its literally fucking fine. If it had a STAB ROCK move with like 90BP that had 100% accuracy it would benefit. But quakeedge is already potent and it has priority with suckerpunch,

its a one turn set up mon. you can use its weaknesses to your benefit with weakness policy and rock polish.

Now youve got a +2 atatck and speed golem murdering things in a single turn.

It's so slow its prone to being revenged by non scarfers/boosters unless it gets 2 smashes up, but with white herb it *might* the defenses for it. At the very least it could be decent as a stallbreaker/balance breaker.
Earthquake+no recoil headsmash+sucker punch after a smash or two hits like a truck.

You need to be 92 base +Speed Scarf to outpace Jolly Golem after a Smash.

Sturdy is nice for it (though makes priority a bit spooky) because it basically guarantees you'll get a shell smash on it.

Take 15 points from special attack and put it into special defense, and give it sand stream.
The sand boosts its special defense so it doesn't instantly get KO'd by a special attack.
