Reminds me of playing Pokemon cards with my nephew, I got him the let's go pikachu deck. We played as much as I could, at the time it would bug me as he would always brush into my room and ask "uncle, do you want to battle?". Then I abruptly decided to move, he was super sad when he realized I wasn't coming back and now that I live on the other side of the U.S he has no one to play with. I kinda wish I played with him some more, it was fun watching him learn to play. He learned to count, add and subtract 10s while we played. My Pokemon decks haven't been touched since.
Yeah, cringe.
