>>43478882Maybe if the leak would include some design documents, but starting from Gen 3 they designed the Pokemon on paper before implementing them into the game, so it seems doubtful that they'd include such a trove of scrapped designs like the previous leaks did.
They'd probably decide which Pokémon would be included in the game before starting ti implement them (with some exceptions like the Shellos line in gen 3).
