This design is so weird if it existed before Hitmontop's finalized design was conceived. Without the context of Hitmontop, it would just be a pokemon with weird ponytails and a skirt. Would the Hitmonlee legs for ponytails and crotch eye been enough to convey an upside down capoeira fighter?

I almost want it back, as a Mimikyu to Hitmontop's Pikachu, or as a variant.
