ORAS would have more time for development, but would ultimately be the same story with Megas forced into the plot with Delta episode replacing Emerald's story. We'd have battle frontier from Z.
Sun and Moon would likely be finished, as they were rushed for the 20th anniversary, and possibly be the first Switch titles. They might have had a totem fight for every type of pokemon, which would have been cool, and Ultra Changes would be unnecessary.
Kanto pandering would be the same, and we'd likely get Let's Go anyway
SwSh wouldn't be released at this time. They'd have time to fix their models or whatever but cut the dex anyway. Home and DLC would still be shilled. They'd have more resources from SuMo being on Switch and thus the game wouldn't look like shit as it does now and likely we'd have a better plot with more dungeons and dynamax battles because they wouldn't have Leon handle all of the problems in Galar while the player is sidelined and only expected to finish the gym challenge. Hop wouldn't be Hau 2.0.
