The comparison is getting me thinking about how relatively few actual child characters are in the Orre games, too. The only important ones in Colosseum were, in typical Pokemon savant fashion, super hackers who gave you info on the bad guys and Shadow Pokemon. Then of course Micheal and Jovi are deliberately younger in XD.
