Overgrow, Blaze and Torrent, how can we buff them without them being too broken and without losing their status as a low hp power up?

My idea is to give each one a unique boost

Gets 1x boost to both attacking stats and speed
>blaze
Stab moves to normal damage to mons that resist
>torrent
A mold breaker clone

Doubles the proc rate and the positive secondary effects of their respective type moves. So Growth would give both attacking stats +2 when at low HP, Scald would have double the burn rate, Flame Charge would give +2 to Speed, and so on.

Either make it so that the 50% boost starts applying when the mon is at half HP instead of 1/3, or make it so that the boost scales up the lower the HP: 0% at full HP or above 2/3, 25% between 1/3 and 2/3, and 50% below 1/3.

The abilities themselves aren't bad if the mon is good (as much as I dislike intelleon, specs hydro pump at torrent range hits tremendously hard and has saved me many games), but when I think of starters that even use these to begin with it's often shit like meganium, decidueye and samurott, and those would appreciate these abilities buffed.

Have them double damage of moves of the certain type, and have them activate at half HP instead of 1/3.
Much better than before, but still worse than hidden abilities in most cases.

I imagine heatran, Corv, Unaware Clef, Celesteela, Probably Pult infiltrator having a field day still with venu if it decides to have substitute up. Actually Ferro if it has gyro ball as well
