Some notes:
In this version Johto has it's own Elite Four which is located at Mt. Silver.
The Elite Four consists of:
1. Will
2. Volta (I used Elesa Sprite as I imagine this trainer as a young girl giving our first Electric E4 Member)
3. Florance (I used Nando from Anime as I imagine the guy more or less like him but with the Lyra shaped after a Celebi). It would be the first Grass-Type Elite 4 member
4. Karen
There is 1 Champion and 1 Hidden Champion:
1. The Acting Champion is Kurt (the Pokeball creator) who subsides for the True Champion while he is on a secret mission.
2. Eusine - the True Champion of the Region. He is on a mission to catch the Legendary Beasts before Team Rocket does so and awakens Ho-oh. Once you Catch the Beasts and want to go catch Ho-oh you have to beat him first. Later he can re-battled at the League.

The main Villain is once against Archer who wants to catch the Legendary Beasts and awaken Ho-oh in order to Ressurect Giovanni (he believes his Boss is dead). He generally dislikes Johto, hence him using only Kanto Pokemon.

There are 2 Extra specialists:
1. Valerie -since it's heavily hinted Valerie is from Johto, she is one of the Kimono Girls who firstly has Eevee but later becomes a Fairy-type specialist.
2. Janine - our well-known Koga's daughter went to Johto to further learn about the Poison types.

Change Whitney's Clefairy because Fairy exist (GSC sprites just because they are the peak of sprites)

Morty have a thing with tradition and past, so I bring Corsola (here, an allusion to lost tradition). Mismagius just because we needed.

Can we get a Johtonian Haryiama?

Jasmine always have the "cute but tough" aura. Perrserker seems to fit (and I love this goofy thing).

Pryce seems prideful in that original sprite, and fit with Alolan Ninetales.

Clair is a tough team to make. I don't see her with Alolan Exeggutor (or Lance), so I bring some strong feminine Pokémon and some of associated with Dragons.

In E4, some of the Pokémon chosen aren't the type of the specialist, but a great coverage.

I support the theory that Will and Lorelei are the same person... So I put half of Lorelei team's here.

Lance (almost) isn't a Flying-type user anymore!

Because of the layout in Whitney's gym being the sprite for Clefiary when its in the party. That said, that's also used for Pikachu, Jigglypuff, and I think Togepi as well, so it could totally be retconned to being a Jigglypuff instead and keep her normal.

I'm a fan of Morty having a Stantler. It's native to the area around Ecruteak, and is easily one of the most spiritual looking normal types. It fits the theme of the gym well I think, and would give him much more variety than just the Gengar line

Haunter/Stantler/Misdreavus/Gengar and maybe Murkrow if you're feeling cheeky would be my preferred Morty setup

Simple yet genius!!! I would change the teams a bit but the general concept is great. I always believe a Dragon type for 1st Gym would be great. Saw more potential for it in Kalos and Drasna but this might Also work. New Bark is next to Kanto which makes sense for a final city. Move TR Hideout from Mohagany to Azalea (Just switch Mahogany Town HQ with Slowpoke Well) and this might work:-)
