Here's my B2 team as I'm finishing victory road. Wasn't going to use Metagross but it had a perfect nature and really high IVs so I said screw it.

Not him, but one problem I had with Gold 97 is that once you go through the post game area you're pretty much done. Like, there's no battle tower, and no real reason to try to catch all 251 once you've caught all the new ones.

May I recommend Seaking, replaced my Quilava with it and it worked wonders.

Keeping golden up to lv 37 can be annoying but water pulse and return carry it until it can learn waterfall and just use water normal coverage to beat anything not named empoleon.

I'm currently in a dilemma, playing SwSh for the first time on emu and once I reached the wild area my autism flared up, and now I want to build the team I'll go to the chimp with.
Started with grooky, found a sneasel, a tyrogue and a dwebble, now I want the last two mon I'll add to my team to belong to a different gen that the ones currently on my team.
Any suggestions? I haven't even went to Motostoke yet, just been looking for pokemon in the wild area for the last 2 days when I had time.

Currrent team on my Crystal playthrough. (raised the trainer levels to about +50% the normal amount)
Will probably ditch Ledian and Yanma in the near future in favor of something else, I'm only using them right now 'cause I love them, even though they're shit. Probably gonna go with a Beedrill and something else, I don't quite know yet.

Doing a mono-fighting run of Renegade Platinum. I'm constantly having to switch people out depending on the gym/rival/admin fights that come up. I was BARELY able to beat Fatima, and that's only because her Dusclops couldn't stop my Combusken from Swords Dancing to +6.

Well Helioptile and Hippopotas haven't got use in a real battle yet, they're just things I'm training up and considering for my team for now.
But otherwise, it's still early so there's not much of a level difference between my team and the wild Pokemon around. My highest there are Braixen/Furfrou at 28 and the lowest are ~20 so it's not hard to catch them up. EXP share makes it pretty easy to rotate team-members a lot.
