If you were to attach Dracovish's fish head to the part of the dino body that's cut off and not the end of the tail it'd still look kinda goofy and mismatched, but it'd look significantly less awkward and a bit more cool, almost like a t-rex but half of it is a fish.
Turn Arctovish's head around, and if you still wanna make it look not right, have it flop around like a seal (I know the lower half is a plesiosaur, but it doesn't really matter).
Honestly I'd be okay with dracozolt if it looked more attached, less like you sliced a big dinosaur in half and glued on his upper body, and more like the big dino body somehow leads up to this tiny little upper half.
Arctozolt kinda works as is, but I don't really like the weird ass waddling, so maybe move it's arms and neck + head up on it's body so it's lying on it's stomach, and have it kick itself along like it's sliding.
