Hey fellas. Out of all the mainline games, what's the most effective way to get a 5 or 6 IV ditto? I have at least one game from each gen and everything needed for any type of transfer.

I haven't touched gen 8 since beating sword when it came out. If there's some dummy obvious method from the new games I'm ignorant of it.
