Currently Intelleon is just used for it's speed to set up combos like WP or Steam Engine, but also is fast enough to add Blizzard spam with Vanilluxe.
I think we'll have to wait and see what it's Gmax form does, because it could be a mechanic related to crit (even though we have Max Airstream, Gmax Kingler has a different speed control mechanic for his max mechanic for example, I could see a 2nd crit related mechanic different from Machamp arise). Since Togekiss dominates with Super Luck/Scope Lense, an even faster version of that getting used is something I can very easily see.
