This will last for a week.
Next week, there will be Gigantamax Eevee.
The week after, there will be Gigantamax Meowth.
Game Freak will then either release the DLC at or around the time this event ends, or they stall for time by not releasing Gigantamax Melmetal and do something else like VGC mons Part 2.

What don't you like about the game? I skipped LGPEnis because they removed abilities and held items and replaced wild battles with the go catching mechanic but I'm assuming you might have different reasons for disliking it than I do
