Dragonite didn't get a Z-Move because those were given out to the most popular Kanto/Alolan Pokemon. Dragonite isn't in Gen 8 yet so we can't say if it has a Gigantamax or not. But what we do know is that Gen 1 has a strong preference for regional forms, and that the secondary popular Gen 1 Pokemon were the ones getting regional forms in these games. I think Dragonite is on that same level of popularity as Slowpoke, Mr. Mime, or Ponyta to get its own regional form in these games. I also would like Galarian Dragonite to get a Gigantamax, as we've never had one for a regional form yet.
