>>43560631Super is a good game. These things didn't bother me at all but I'll give you a head up since some people are split on it. First, tradtional recruitment is gone, the jobs themselves are what get you new recruits, plus finding others randomly wandering the dungeon or saving one you find fainted on a floor. Since this has about 700 pokemon they probably thought tradtional recruitment would be a nightmare. Second, your recruits aren't always available. You can get pokemon that are higher level than you and your partner but depending on the level difference between you the more amount of time (jobs) you'll have to wait to use them again. The higher the level difference, the longer they're out. If around the same or lower level then they'll only be gone for 1 job at most very rarely. If you want a set team you always use then a pokemon around the same level as you and your starter is best.
