Remove one (1) move from an overpowered pokemon's movepool to make it balanced or trash
>hard mode: no removing EQ or Recover

It would still be a solid water type with just Liquidation, Outrage, and Edgequake.
Also, Fishious Rend isn't the only broken thing with it. Sand Rush will also be a huge problem once it's released.

Fake Out isn’t a make or break move to have. You gotta look at irreplaceable coverage, integral STABs, setup moves, and status support. An example of these, respectfully, would be Fire Blast Hydreigon, Knock Off Bisharp, Shell Smash Cloyster, and Court Change Cinderace
