Electivire would have been better if they just put those defense points and HP points into speed. 115 speed and 123 attack is not bad for Gen IV. But you know, since Electivire is bigger and beefier than Electabuzz, it "logically" needed the slight boosts to its bulk over its actual strengths in offense and speed. Makes me hope we get a Galarian Electivire with Electric/Fighting type that properly focuses on physical attack and speed with great coverage and STAB to rectify how mediocre Electivire is.
