Good ones are things like Elekid/Magby, Munchlax (although it was fucking impossible to get in its debut generation so I guess it was for nothing), and Budew
Bad ones are Pichu, Cleffa, Igglybuff, etc. These Pokemon are already available just before/after the FIRST fucking Gym. Why would you ever need an even weaker version?
