There are only 2-3 offensive checks to Jolly Dracovish, and the defensive counters amount to bulky, physically defensive water resists. Basically, Tangrowth, Ferrothorn, Toxapex, and Tapu Fini.
You need to run one or multiples of these Pokemon to not lose to Dracovish and they have to be physically defensive. That's still warping the meta.
