Do you think pokemon is ever coming to an end? Like for example when there are too many monsters?
I know that maybe in future installments dexcuts will be a thing and mons will be rotated. But there will come a point where there are so many monsters that some of them won't be featured for several games.
Even if regional variants are used to avoid increasing the dex numbers, they still work like new Pokemon when it comes to modelling, memory used, stats, movepool, etc.
