When there are more than 6 Pokemon you like, how do you decide what to finalize for your team if they're all easily attainable (e.g. not way late encounter or evo level)?

I'm playing Pokemon Gaia and there are a bunch of Pokemon I'm revolving between but idk yet how I'll finalize.
