It is just 98.5%, it is not 10% as in 90+10= 100
it is the 10 or 95, so 9.5, which is rounded to 9 and since there is no 99 accuracy the system fucks it down to 98.5

The wide lens adds 10% of the move's accuracy to it. Meaning if a move has 70% accuracy it will get 7% added to it since 7 is 10% of 70. So a move like Thunder will have 77% accuracy with wide lens. Stone edge will have 88% accuracy with wide lens. A move like air slash which has 95% accuracy will go up to 100% since 10% of 95 is 9.5. 95+9.5=104.5 which the game rounds down to 104%. So air slash will effectively have perfect accuracy.
