recommend me a rom hack / randomiser / challange run to play, I want to play pokemon but everytime I replay a game i get bored instantly

Randomize any game of your choice with UPR and make sure to click 'similar strength' on trainer pokemon and wild pokemon

Once you do that it is basically a balanced campaign, from what I have seen so far in my playthrough.

No trainers, including gym leaders, are monotype so you cant just breeze through
