If we are trusting the word of Masahiro Sakurai, who is working on an infinitely more polished game and set of DLCs, remote working barely affects the development of additional content. Game Freak is also one of the developers that switched earliest to remote working and Isle of Armor seems low budget as it is.

It was never delayed, it was announced for June originally and it is still supposed to release in June. When state of emergency was first declared in Japan, Sakurai warned that delays COULD happen, but he has since claimed that development is going very smoothly in a recent editorial, so there is no reason to expect delays at least for dates that have been publicly communicated (gut feelings that something got delayed behind the scenes because it took long to announce don't count).
