Mawile is called the deceiver pokemon because it hides it's jaw as a rock then when a pokemon assumes it's helpless it eats it's would be predator. To pull this off in dark caves where pokemon really on senses other then sight, the outside jaw has a composition very similar to a rock. The deception of their jaw goes even farther. Because this composition is very appealing to rock type pokemon that need to eat minerals, Mawile is also able to trick them by hiding it's main body.

That is true, I never noticed that. That does bring up a question, if Mawile doesn't have a tougue, how does it swallow, or move things in it's mouth? It would have to have a lot of control over the top or bottom of it's mouth, or rely on gravity. If the later, Mawile would only be able to eat pokemon that it can lift.

In the summertime, trainers will clothes their Ice Type Pokémon in "warm" "winter" clothing like scarves and sweaters.

The reason for this is since Ice Types produce cold (not scientifically a fucking thing but whatever,) the clothing provides what it provides us but in reverse; insulation from the heat. Wearing clothing makes sure they don't get too hot.

Huh, I always thought the maw was attached lower on the back of the head instead of the top, more like the Futakuchi-onna it's based on.
It's brain could be in the back of it's skull, leaving space for it's second throat, or it's brain could be inside it's maw, maybe under the yellow marking.

What makes you think that? I'm sure they need SOME heat to keep their organs running and there is a cold that is too cold even for them, but in general they would need the cold to live.
