Monotype gyms are retarded and outdated. Gyms need themes, not types. For example:

>Depending on how early it's fought, can have clefairy/clefable, elgyem/beheeyem, solrock and lunatone, etc

>flaafy, growlithe, miltank, combusken, mudbray
>Urban gym
>Pidove, oddish, raticate, scraggy
The possibilities are limitless, which is exactly why gamefreak will never do it.
