I think he's awful, literally took Incineroar from his same generation and tried to mold him into a Lucario who's also an epic heroic legendary and it all turns out worse. It's so blatant in its intention and lacks the usual pokemon twist that keeps designs from being totally boring like this. Plus electric cats have been done to death.

Lucario at least has some lore that would warrant legendary status. Zeraora is more pathetic than ordinary electric types because it can't generate it's own electricity.
