Depends what you're leaking and how. Affleck seemingly escaped, that retard who'd got the review copy and the dipshit who'd leaked the guidebook both were employed by companies who'd agreed to a NDA with Nintendo, so got hunted down. If you got info off official channels (and Affleck seemingly wasn't going to blab till he'd got shitcanned, meaning HE'D agreed to an NDA too initially) but are now no longer officially employed in the chain, doubt there's anything to do to touch you. If you are, best bet;s finding someone who'll be able to protect your anonymity in exchange for genuine insider info.
