If you're talking about which one is best in-game, pick the lizard because you won't ever have to replace it for the same thing but with a better Ability like the others.
If you're talking about actually winning against other humans, the strongest is Cinderace and it's not worth debating.

Unless it gets some massive buffs from DLC (access to the Nasty Plot TR, something dumb like Secret Sword to reflect that hidden knife in its tail, a better HA than fucking Sniper) Inteleon will never sniff the same tier as the dumb divegrass bunny.
