Sarah (Breloom) is Lax- Mega Drain/Sky Uppercut/Leech Seed/Stun Spore
Shantae (Medicham) is Adamant- Psycho Cut/Thunder Punch/Detect/Hi Jump Kick
Claudia (Poliwrath) is Impish- Surf/Ice Ball/Submission/Hypnosis

Thanks, I'd highly recommend playing it if you ever felt like it, it's got bulk (tentacruel with barrier and acid spray is amazing), power, coverage, and they're all pretty fast except cradilily and hariyama
