I'd say this is okay, nothing Special, especially for Volbeat itself. Some other could find use. Though also increasing the Accuracy of allies would make it interesting in Doubles.

Run away should allow guaranteed switches, even under shadow tag, arena trap, mean look, and spirit shackle. Also makes pursuit fail if it ever comes back.

Yes! I've thought the same thing. I only play gen 3, but rapidash could at least abuse this with its base 105 speed. Currently it is almost invalidated by duggy among the litany of other problems it has.
