>>43639344It honestly depends on the legendary. Things like Victini and other eventmons, i won't blame anyone for using. Hell, I have half a mind to cheat in low level eventmons so i can actually use them. Other things like Entei or Cobalian don't feel overpowered to begin with. On top of that, the lack of ev's they have once you obtain them lategame also makes them weaker than they'd normally be.
But if you're using something like Emerald's Rayquaza in the Elite 4, you didn't beat the E4, you basically just cheated.
