I thought UBs would be the same so I was shocked they gave us them as catchable. That was a mistake. I like using some of them but their stats are way too extreme for the most part to present a level of fairness. The same thing can be said with the Tapus.
I wouldn't have minded if the UBs laid eggs in our world that became weaker versions of themselves that we could use as Pokemon, since they'd be actual Pokemon or some lore reason. For the Tapus, it's just that their auto terrains shouldn't give boosts, only the protections.
Bottom line, GF should be more willing to gate away broken mons.
