I don't see what the problem here is. Most of the routes before Kalos have been a lot more creative and interesting, and comparimg them to a special event just doesn't make any sense. Anyway, have a pity (You).

the funny thing is if you capture the event Arceus, when to transfer to pokémon bank says is illegal, really really stupid someting programming in game is illegal

They are actually not columns, they're like spears (hence the name spear pillar), if you look at the ones with a roof still on top you'll notice that they look different

Of course its illegal. The event was never released therefore any caught Arceus is illegal, doesn't matter which game or if its using the flute or an encounter modifier code.
