Honestly don't think many of them need changing from the Emerald version. I like your Roxanne, but the rest are just downgrades.

I like it overall. Maybe make Electrike into a Magnemite and make Magneton into a Manectric for Wattson. Perhaps swap Wobbufett for Medicham or something? I like it though, one of the better ones I've seen, not full of complete broken stuff and ill-fitting choices
