So apparently this movie was trending on JP Twitter recently because it aired on TV or something, and it got me thinking about it. Did you guys like the movie? and if so where do you want a sequel to go?

It sucked ass. The trailers made it look good. The movie was too fast paced for one thing. There needed to be way more Pokemon showcased imo.

this was a pretty big disappointment for me. it was cool seeing all the pokemon for the first 30 minutes but past that point they just keep reusing the ones you've already seen for the most part.

The literal second scene of the movie was Tim trying to catch a Cubone with a Pokeball

These things were in the movie regardless of them not appearing much, also, an actual Pokemon movie based on the games is coming, they want to make the 2 movies different from one another.

Would be better if Tim go on a journey around his region, looking for his missing father, catch pokemon and battle other trainers along the way.
