So, what IS the reason he has Defeatist? Like, I can't think of any lore reason, or anything archeocteryx do that tie into it, nor can I think of a balance reason, it's not like he's that good. At least with Regigigas he has monsterous stats so it's understandable why they chose to gave him the ability.

He has 140 ATK and 110 Speed, a mediocre speedtier for a lead (Aerodactyl has 130) and that´s his job at PUBL/NU. He needs a multi-scale repost or adaptability to get above RU

In BW, he would be UU at worst, maybe BL. Not sure he works well on a weather team.
