Fishious Rend has 170 power when used first, times 1.5 with Strong Jaw times 1.5 with STAB. That's 382.5 total.
Liquidation has 85 power, times 2 with Water Bubble, times 1.5 with STAB, times 1.5 again with the choice band that you don't need to sacrifice a scarf for because the extra damage isn't dependent on going first. So that's 382.5 total against every enemy, not just slower ones.
Or you can just drop the choice band in favor of Swords Dance, which Golisopod has access to, making it the equivalent to 1020 base power.
And Golisopod's base attack is 125 compared to Vish's 90.
Yeah. It'd be broken.
