>>43657731I think it'd be one of those mons that has a niche in OU but isn't OU in usage, mainly because looking at its moves it doesn't seem like it'd have the tools to be a top tier threat, just something that can take out a specific mon or mons and you'd see in a blunder video but nothing else.
