Will be announced at the end of a Pokemon direct about the dlc this month. >Names are: Staff Diamond and Spear Pearl(Game Freak wanted to keep the weapon names going for this gen). >Pokemon follow you. >National dex back. >Postgame Giratina and Arceus episode with distorsion world. >Dialga, Palkia, and Arceus get primal forms. >No new Giratina form, but you get it's orgin form in the episode of course. >Battle frontier and villa back. >Same story as D/P of course, but it has lots of Platinum elements. >No Sinnoh forms. >Dmax and Gmax return with lots of Sinnoh Pokemon (the starters, staraptor, luxray, floatzel, garchomp, etc...) getting gmax forms. >Gyms become stadiums, but they aren't sport themed, so you wear your normal clothes. >No trainer customisation. >Better graphics than swsh, and a great remastered soundtrack.

Maybe if SS DIDN'T sell 17.37m copies up to 31st March from its release, the "backlash" would ensure it did return, but as it stands, all Game Freak see is the highest fastest selling game since GS and the fastest selling in both the series and the Switch's lifespan to date.
