You know what one of the best Water Immune Pokemon is? Seismitoad.
While Seismitoad is good against other Pokemon like Rotom-Heat, it’s primarily used as the answer to Dracovish while providing some power, bulk, and Stealth Rocks.
But Seismitoad can’t last forever on it’s own, and has a nasty weakness to Grass.
Clefable and Corviknight support Seismitoad with Wish and Defog to heal it and remove Spikes.
Corviknight and Ferrothorn are great since they are x4 resistant to Grass, and they both also benefit Siemitoad’s resistance to Fire and its Immunity to Electric.
Toxapex is neutral to Grass, lasts long, and can Haze so that Clefable can run Magic Guard.
And Hippowdon covers everything else.
