What's the best in-game moveset for sceptile in gen 3 /vp/? All that I can think is Leaf Blade and Dragon Claw. And you can only get Dragon Claw after 8 badges.

I used Leaf Blade, EQ, Aerial Ace and Dragon Claw on mine. Sceptile in RSE is honestly just super underwhelming all around.

I really don't like to spend the EQ tm on it. In this gen pokemon barely learn this move before high levels and Sceptile atk isn't great. Not even Flygon learns this move by itself.

I use action replay to give him crunch once he evolves to sceptile because he can technically learn it via egg move but I play on emulator.
