Manga ends with teen pregnancy, and the deed that did it was probably done on-panel.I'd recommend checking it out if you've got nothing better going on, but stay away from the anime since the Eiji Masuda's objective with the (fairly frequent) horror faces was to erase all traces of cuteness from his characters, and the anime never quite pulled that off. It was also a 1 season show that never even got to the main couple pairing up either.
