What do those three Pokemon have in common besides the obvious?
They look like the element they're named after.
Regirock is made of Rock
Regice is made of Ice
Registeel is made of Steel.
So the new elemental Regis has to be Regivolt and Regidrake or simular names. The only Regi that doesn't follow this is Regigigas, who doesn't have a formula as it was the first and arguably their master and it used the elements to create the first trio and most likely the new Regi duo as well, so the elemental Regis have a formula of what element makes them and their names being connected.
If there is a Regi for Dark then it will most likely be some vicious predator or inspired by a demon of some kind since "Dark Type" in Japanese games is "Evil Type" and Demons are said to commit evil and champion evil, though it's origins would be interesting.
Though I'm waiting on a Regi for Ghosts, taking the form of an adult male in a fadora hat and trench coat, but there is no features as it's made of shadows that can change it's shape, it would have a major part in the game as well as in the series if well written, a Regi mistaken for a hero for centuries, as it did heroic acts, though how many people would call it "Batman"
