Except that it is 99% of the time that is exactly the intent. You couldn't turn on Cartoon Network nowadays without sifting through miles of garbage low-effort content while maybe finding something that's fairly tolerable. Isn't the last month or two usually beta testing? I know the Diamond debug rom was dated a month before release. You can't tighten up the graphics at that stage.
