>>43722264The main issue with Gen 7 is the constant stopping for story-based dialogue without a skip feature. That has been a thing since Gen 5 and isn't going away. If you don't mind that since it'd be your first time playing through (so you may actually care to read and follow along), you should have a good time. However, I advise playing a hack of it if you can. I'm playing Photonic Sun, which is an increased difficulty hack of Ultra Sun. There's a standard version that's only the difficulty rework and a rebalanced version that edits typings, movepools, stats, etc on top of the difficulty.
